Cancellation Policy

PARTICIPANT WAIVER & LIABILITY RELEASE By registering for and participating in The Berger Staxx event (“Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that participation in this race involves physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, overexertion, dehydration, equipment failure, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, and other unforeseen hazards that may result in serious injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. I confirm that I am physically fit, in good health, and capable of safely participating in this Event. I accept full responsibility for monitoring my own physical condition and agree to stop immediately if I experience discomfort, pain, dizziness, or any medical concerns. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in The Berger Staxx and hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organiser, its owners, directors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners, venue operators, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from injury, illness, death, or property damage sustained before, during, or after the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I understand that the Event may be photographed or filmed and grant permission for my image, likeness, and voice to be used for promotional, marketing, or media purposes without compensation. I agree to follow all safety instructions, rules, and directions given by organisers and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in removal from the Event without refund. This waiver shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Event takes place. By signing, I confirm that I have read this waiver carefully, fully understand its contents, and agree to its terms voluntarily.
