I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and fitness/lifestyle coach with over 15 years experience.

 

I have a passion for fitness and nutrition and thrive on clients achieving their ultimate goals. Whether it is goal setting for an upcoming important event, seeking better health and wellbeing/mental health or wanting to learn correct techniques, in my opinion, no challenge or goal is unreachable.

 

I believe that working closely with clients to build and increase confidence and educate them on the correct methods and techniques to maximise the outcome. I feel that forming great bonds and trust with all of my clients is imperative to enable me to intelligently construct the path to what my clients aspire to achieve.

 

As nutrition is another major aspect of helping people, I can also offer detailed nutritional and dietary plans to increase success rate.
